Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking quashing of FIR No. 202 dated 26.09.2016 , registered under Section 328 IPC and Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, at Police Station Civil Line Batala, Police District Batala.

Petitioner never came for arguments, though the matter was fixed for arguments on 15.10.2018, 31.10.2018 and 31.01.2019 as well. Thus, no ground is made out to grant further adjournment in the matter and present petition stands dismissed.
