Seeking quashing of the order dated 10.04.2024, passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Jhajjar as well as order dated 12.05.2023 passed by JMIC, Jhajjar, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC. 2.
On the last date of hearing, this Court had passed the following order:- "On the last date of hearing, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today again, none has put in appeared on his behalf despite pass over.
List on 26.11.2024.
It is clarified that in case the petitioner remains absent on the next date of hearing, then this Court shall dismiss the case for nonprosecution." 3.
Today also, despite pass over, none appeared on appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Given above, petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
