Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.1 & 2 to make proper investigation in case FIR No. 141 dated 17.9.2016, registered under Sections 323, 341, 506, 427 & 149 IPC at Police Station Zira. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 6.11.2017 (Annexure P5) to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, but the same remained unattended till now.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, is directed to look into the representation dated 6.11.2017 (Annexure P5) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
