MADAAN Present:- Mr. Arjun Veer Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner. *** After arguing some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be permitted to withdraw the petition granting him liberty to take all these pleas before the trial Court. He has further requested that a direction be issued to the trial Court to exempt the personal appearance of the petitioners during the trial.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to take all these pleas before the trial Court in accordance with law. It is further directed that in case of petitioners moving application for grant of exemption from personal appearance, the same be considered sympathetically.
