(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No.91 dated 20.10.2017 under Sections 452, 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 and 307 IPC (Section 307 IPC added later on) at Police Station Bakshiwala, District Patiala.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 28, 2017, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated November 28, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Disposed of. In case, petitioners do not co-operate, State/complainant shall be at liberty to seek remedy under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C.
