Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has submitted that the due payment has been made to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per his instructions, since the detailed calculations have not been given by the respondents, thus, there is a possibility that the entire amount along with interest is not paid to the petitioner and has further submitted that since the petitioner has filed execution proceedings, thus, the present contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to raise the said issue before the Executing Court.

In view of the same, the present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
