By way of the present petition filed under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short "the Act"), petitioner has moved before this Court for appointment of an Arbitrator in terms of Clause 10 of the License Agreement dated 13.11.2015, Annexure P-2, to adjudicate the dispute, which has arisen between the parties. 2.
At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty to approach the Court again after serving notice under Section 21 of the Act. 3.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4.
