-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.158 dated 11.5.2022 registered under Sections 21(1) and 21(4) (A) of Mines and Minerals (Regulation of Development) Act, 1957 at Police Station Bawal, District Rewari.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police by virtue of previous order dated 31.5.2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. GAURAV SOROT 2022.12.20 10:43 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order, judgment and documents.

( 2 ) CRM-M-24524-2022 State counsel on instructions from SI Preet Singh has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by counsel for the petitioner and further submits that recoveries are already effected and now the petitioner is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 31.5.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
