The present application has been filed seeking permission to delete the name of respondents No.1 and 3 and to file amended memo of parties.

The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 02.12.2025 passed by this Court in CRWP-12935-2025.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Ravneet S. Joshi, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submits that in compliance of order dated 02.12.2025 passed by this Court in CRWP-12935-2025, speaking order dated 23.04.2026 has been passed by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna, after considering the case of the petitioner. He has produced a copy of the said speaking order in the Court. The same is taken on record. A copy thereof has been given to learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, since order dated 02.12.2025 passed by this Court in CRWP-12935-2025, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.

Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the said speaking order.
