ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for transfer of the investigation from respondents No.3 and 4 to some other independent agency/higher officer not less than the rank of Superintendent of Police of FIR No.0746 dated 28.07.2018 registered under Sections 109, 309, 323, 34, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Jhajjar, District Jhajjar and submit the final report before the trial Court and further to issue a direction to the official respondents to decide the representation dated 14.09.2018. Reply by way of affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, City Jhajjar, District Jhajjar filed in the Court is taken on record and as per the reply, during the investigation, the accused Shyam Gaurav and Radhe Shyam Gupta were found innocent and challan stands presented against the accused - Tarun. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Anil Kumar, has submitted that on 01.06.2019 challan has been presented and charges have been framed on 25.11.2019.

In view of the above, no further action is called for. The petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for redressal of his grievance, if any.
