Mr. Akshay Jain, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.4 through video conferencing and has contended that the present writ petition is premature in nature inasmuchas it has been filed challenging a demand notice dated 10.02.2020. When confronted with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach respondent No.4/Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Jhajjar to whom an application/representation dated 17.03.2020 has already been made by him.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.4, on instructions from the Branch Manager/respondent No.4, has no objection if the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
