Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No. 380 dated 11.12.2013, under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short), registered at Police Station City Gohana, District Sonepat (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Sub Inspector Suresh Chand, has submitted that after investigation of the case, cancellation report has been prepared and the same will be submitted in the Court within one month from today. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition at this stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
