(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondents no. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents no. 4 to 6, with further direction to the official respondents not to implicate the petitioners in any false criminal case at the instance of respondents no. 4 to 6.

Petitioners are stated to be not present.

When the matter was listed on 11.02.2015, the following order was passed:- "Notice of motion for 27.03.2015.

In the meantime, Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), Amritsar is directed to look into grievance of the petitioners and take appropriate steps, if any, warranted in the circumstances."

CRM-M-4585 of 2015 -2The grievance of the petitioners having already been redressed in the aforesaid order, the instant petition is disposed of as no further indulgence of this Court is required. This order is passed without commenting upon the validity of marriage or correctness of ages of the petitioners.
