RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of pre-arrest bail to petitioner Puneet Bedi in case FIR No.96 dated 28.10.2016 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 406 and 420 IPC registered at Police Station Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the State, after seeking instructions from ASI Nishan Singh, submits that cancellation report has already been filed in Court on 19.7.2017.

In view of above, present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
