The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.33 dated 12.03.2015 registered under Sections 363/366-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Mukerian District Hoshiarpur (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the petitioner in the present case has since been acquitted vide judgment dated 03.05.2023 and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
