A demand draft bearing No. 318467 dated 1.5.2015 for Rs 5 lacs drawn on Indian Overseas Bank, Amritsarhas been handed over by petitioner Rahul Kalra to complainant/respondent no. 2-Disha today in the Court. Photostat copy of the same has been placed on record. Criminal Misc. No. M-4593 of 2015 -2compromise will go a long way in ironing out the differences and for betterment of their future life and in view of which the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No. 356 dated 2.10.2014 registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Amritsar under sections 406,498-A IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
