(Oral) Present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed seeking directions to official respondents for providing status report of the complaint(s) dated nil registered vide UID No.502739 (Anneuxre P-1) and reminder dated nil registered vide UID No.504188 (Annexure P-2) registered on 07.01.2025 against the private respondent(s). 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed complaint/representation and reminder/representation dated nil (Annexures P-1 & P-2) before respondent No.2 raising her grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereupon. At this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if, appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2, to consider and decide the aforesaid representation/complaint filed by the petitioner in a time bound manner. 3.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the aforesaid complaint/representation and reminder/representation dated nil (Annexures P-1 & P-2) of the petitioner expeditiously, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
