Prayer in the petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 21 dated 7.1.2015, under Sections 323, 324 and 506 IPC read with Section 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Nuh, District Mewat.

On 11.2.2015, the petitioners were released on interim bail and following order was passed :- "Petitioners seek the concession of pre-arrest bail in a case registered at the intance of Jahida alleging that while complainant was working in her house on January 4, 2015, the petitioners alongwith one Mohamdi and Pila etc. attacked the complainant. The co-accused of the petitioners Mohamdi is attributed an injury with knife. Petitioner No.1 allegedly VIJAY ASIJA 2015.03.26 15:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Crl. Misc. No. M-4596 of 2015 -2gave a danda blow on left knee whereas petitioner No.2 gave fist blow in the abdomen of the complainant. Irfan is also attributed beatings.

It is claimed that the grievous injury is attributed to co-accused Mohamdi.

Meanwhile, an interim direction is issued that the petitioners will join investigation on February 21, 2015, and in case of their doing so, they will be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer." Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Daya Kishan states that in terms of the above order the petitioner have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no more required at this stage.

Accordingly, the interim bail granted vide order dated 11.2.2015 is made absolute.

However, petitioners shall continue to join investigation as and when required to do so and shall abide by the terms and conditions, as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
