Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the impugned orders dated 21.05.2020 and 27.10.2021, Annexures P-9 and P-10, respectively.

On an objection raised by the State counsel that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision petition under Section 47-B of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, as applicable to the State of Haryana, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to take recourse to the said remedy. 3.
