(Oral) The present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.177 dated 03.11.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 506, 34, 427 and 452 of IPC, registered at Police Station Shimlapuri, District Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that even the compromise vide Annexure P-4 has been entered into between the parties. On 20.08.2020, this Court issued notice to the State and also directed the petitioner to appear before the Arresting/Investigating Officer and to join the investigation.
On 06.10.2020, the learned State counsel had pointed out that the petitioner has not joined the investigation and therefore, one more opportunity was granted to the petitioner to join the investigation and to appear before the Arresting/Investigating Officer.

CRM-M-23561 of 2020 -2Punjab, on instructions of ASI Jarnail Singh, has stated that the petitioner has now joined the investigation and he is fully co-operating with the investigation process and that he is no longer required for the custodial investigation. In view of the statement laid down by the learned State counsel, the present petition is allowed. Order dated 20.08.2020 is hereby made absolute.
Petition stands allowed.
