(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.19 dated 06.03.2014 under Sections 341, 323, 506 and 34 IPC, at Police Station Sadar, Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of order dated November 27, 2017, petitioner has surrendered before the appellate court and furnished bail bonds.

Aforesaid contention remains uncontroverted.

In view of the above, order dated November 27, 2017, is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
