******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 6 dated 23.01.2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 379 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC') and 21 of Mines Act, 1952, at Police Station Hariana, District Hoshiarpur. Heard.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has since surrendered before the trial Court and was allowed interim bail under order dated 09.01.2017.

As the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court, this petition is allowed and order dated 09.01.2017 is made absolute subject to the condition that he will keep on appearing before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
