(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.62, dated 02.04.2021, registered under Sections 323, 354, 341, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Majitha Road, Amritsar. By an order dated 15.07.2021, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-State, on instructions from ASI Kuljit Singh, submits that petitioner has joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 15.07.2021 granting GEETA RANI 2021.12.16 18:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
