This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 283 dated 07.10.2017 under sections 148/147/323/452/427/506 IPC at Police Station Adampur, district Hisar. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 24, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated November 24, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
