**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Status report by way of affidavit dated 4.5.2015 of the Superintendent of Police, Palwal, filed in the Court today, is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Abdul Hamid, Police Station Hathin and also while referring to the averments taken in the status report filed today, submits that it was a case of runaway couple. Petitioners gave incorrect address to conceal their identities. However, on detailed enquiry conducted, it has been found that none of the petitioners was resident of the given address. On 6.3.2013, petitioners appeared in person before this Court and thereafter, their counsel appeared only on two dates. After 18.11.2013, neither anybody appeared on behalf of the petitioners nor any complaint has been received from any quarter in this regard. However, police of District Palwal is still making efforts in this regard. He concluded by submitting that further monitoring is not required at the hands of this Court, because nobody seems to be interested in the present case. CRM-M-7570 of 2013 Having heard the learned counsel for the State and after going through the record of the case, it has been found that after 18.11.2013, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

In the given fact situation of the present case, further monitoring or order is not required at the hands of this court. However, it goes without saying that the respondent police authorities shall keep on making their earnest efforts to do the needful.

Disposed of, accordingly.
