JAISHREE THAKUR, J.(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the officials respondents No. 2 & 3 to take note of the representation dated 29.09.2017 (Annexure P-2). Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that there has been inaction on the part of respondents N o. 2 & 3 in not taking any action on the representation that has been filed. He submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 29.09.2017 (Annexure P-2), in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

Mr. Davinder Bir Singh, learned D.A.G., Punjab, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Three copies of the petition be handed over to him by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day failing which no action is called for. He submits that the representation dated 29.09.2017 (Annexure P-2) will be decided within a period of four weeks.
