(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking quashing of complaint dated 03.09.2016 (Annexure P-6) filed by respondent No.1 under Sections 452, 506, 395, 397, 398, 148 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 and the summoning order dated 04.12.2017 (Annexure P-7) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Tarn Taran.
