(ORAL) Report from the trial Court has been received that in deference to the order dated 26.03.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner-Lakhvir Singh @ Lakha Bhau was released on interim bail on 30.03.2015 till 05.04.2015 and he surrendered in Court on 06.04.2015. This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 146 dated 25.09.2014 registered under Sections 307/392/326/325/323/148/149/506/120-B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Kot Isse Khan, District Moga.

CRM-M-465-2015 -2Learned State counsel submits that weapon was taken away by the son of petitioner who is yet to be arrested and the weapon also to be recovered.

Petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2014. The challan was presented on 26.11.2014 and it will take long time in conclusion of trial. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of case, the instant petition is allowed and the petitioner be admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court.
