* * * * On the last date of hearing, since none had been appearing on behalf of the petitioner, notice was issued to the petitioner to appear in person before this Forum to explore the possibility of settlement. However, notice issued to the petitioner has been received back with the report that petitioner has been served through family member.

The petitioner despite service has not put in appearance nor instructed his counsel to appear in this case. The said act and conduct of the petitioner transpires that he is not interested to pursue this appeal. Therefore, the matter is consigned to the record room, with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same by filing an appropriate application before this Forum, if the need arises. A copy of this order be sent to the petitioner at the given address as well his counsel, so that he could take appropriate steps to contact his client for revival of the same.
