Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in complaint bearing No. nact/000/174/2014 dated 1.7.2014, registered under Section(s) 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act").

As per order dated 11.8.2017, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Rupnagar, petitioner was declared as proclaimed offence in a case under Section 138 of the Act. Petitioner remained away from the proceedings of the Court for a considerable time and thereafter, she was declared as proclaimed offender on 11.8.2017. In view of the above said facts, no case is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner and hence, present petition stands dismissed.
