As of now the total rent has accumulated to the tune of Rs.8,76,650/- for which petitioner has been given notice to deposit the same within the specified period. Advance rent to the tune of Rs.4 lakhs and security amount to the tune of Rs.2,19,100/- have been adjusted. Remaining amount i.e. Rs.2,67,550/- is still due as outstanding.

In view of above, no ground is made out to interfere in this writ petition. The same is dismissed. However, petitioner would be at liberty to pursue his pending representation before the competent Authority in accordance with law.
