On 09.05.2023, after hearing counsel for the petitioner, following order was passed:- "1.

By way of present protection petition, Jashanpreet Kaur, aged 24 years has submitted that respondent No.4 - Jagdev Singh is her husband but both of them are not in good relation for the last about one year.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that photographs of petitioner and respondent No.4, though of being husband and wife, have been circulated by respondent No.4 on the social media through interest.

Getting perturbed, petitioner moved a representation dated 01.03.2023 (Annexure P-1) sent through courier dated 02.03.2023, to respondent No.2 - I.G.P. Patiala Zone, but no action is being taken. Even respondent No.4 is pressurizing her to withdraw the said complaint by visiting her house in the late night along with some other persons.

Today, counsel for the petitioner states that since petitioner and respondent No.4 are related as husband & wife, both of them have resolved their disputes amicably. Thus, he seeks withdrawal of present petition. 3.
