After arguing for some time, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to file representation by relying on the judgment passed by the Division Bench in LPA-1843-2019, however, even prior thereto the order impugned was passed, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection. 2.
