This is petition seeking quashing of FIR No.78 dated 13.09.2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 Indian Penal Code (for short-IPC) at Police Station Division No.1 Pathankot along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Offence punishable under Section 420 IPC is compoundable and the parties may move application to this effect to the police or the Court concerned seeking compounding of the offence.
