       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.197 dated 06.06.2021, under Sections 25(1-C), 29(B) of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station City Sohana, District Gurugram.

Vide order dated 13.06.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sunil Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of AMAN JAIN 2022.07.13 17:00 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
