(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.117 dated 04.11.2017 under Sections 21-61-85 of NDPS Act at Police Station Chamkaur Sahib, District Roopnagar. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated December 19, 2017, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated December 19, 2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
