(ORAL) It is stated by learned counsel for respondent No.1/crossobjector that RFA-2544-2016 filed by the State of Haryana was disposed of by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.05.2025 in a bunch of appeals led by RFA-2-2017 7tled 'State of Haryana and another Vs. Surender Kumar and others'. Copy of the said order is placed on record in which, the reference of RFA-2544-2016 is at serial number 14 of the table. 2.

Learned counsel submits that inadvertently, the crossobjec7ons, as filed by the land owners in RFA-2544-2016 were le< to be undecided.

Learned counsel submits that the cross-objec7ons may be disposed of in terms of the order dated 14.05.2025 passed in RFA-2-2017. 4.

Learned State counsel has no objec7on.
