Through the instant petition, prayer is made for quashing of the G.D. No. 14 dated 10.02.2024, under Sections 452, 326, 148, 149 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Khalra, District Tarn Taran. 2.

Since disputed questions of fact(s) are involved in the instant petition, which can only be adjudicated by the learned trial Court concerned at an appropriate stage, therefore, the instant petition is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to raise all the pleas and claims, as raised herein, before the learned trial Court concerned at an appropriate stage.
