Petitioners have posed a challenge to the order 16.07.2020, Annexure P-1 whereby parole granted to the petitioners has been cancelled. Grievance of the petitioners is that no opportunity of hearing was afforded to him before speaking order was passed.

Under the circumstances, impugned order is hereby set-aside. Matter is remitted to the same authority for decision afresh after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or their counsel. Disposed off in above terms.
