Learned State counsel submits that out of twenty three witnesses cited by the prosecution, eighteen have been examined. Rest five have been bound down for 26.02.2018. It appears that trial is at the stage of culmination. No case for enlarging the petitioner on bail is made out. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh in case trial court does not conclude within a period of three months.
