This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (corresponding under Section 482 of Cr.P.C) for quashing of order dated 16.11.2024 (Annexure P-4) and 30.03.2026 (Annexure P-5) respectively passed by the learned JSC, Amritsar Punjab against the petitioner in case FIR No. 65 dated 26.02.2020 under Sections 22/61/85 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Sadar, Amritsar Punjab vide which the bail order, bail bonds and surety bonds of the petitioner have been cancelled and forfeited to the Sate and nonbailable warrants of arrest has been issued against the petitioner. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner failed to appear before the trial Court on 09.04.2024 as the petitioner was unwell. As such trial Court cancelled the bail order of the petitioner, his bail bonds and surety bonds were ordered to be forfeited to the State and non-bailable warrants of arrest were issued against the petitioner. On the asking of the Court, Mr. P.S.Pandher, Asst. A.G.Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. 5.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the case file.

In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, this Court does not find any legitimate ground to interfere in the impugned orders dated 16.11.2024 and 30.03.2026 respectively passed by JSC, Amritsar Punjab. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 07 days from today at 10:00 A. M and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the trial Court is directed to consider and decide the same within a period of 03 days.
