(Oral) The counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that the petitioner has joined proceeding before the trial Court on the basis of order passed by this Court dated 1.6.2022 and that his presence has been marked by the trial Court and in this regard, counsel for the petitioner has produced copy of order dated 18.10.2022 passed by the Court below, which is taken on record.

The State counsel after going through the aforesaid order dated 18.10.2022 has not refuted the contentions raised by the counsel for the petitioner.
