Present writ petition has been filed for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to take action on complaint dated 09.04.2024 (Annexure P-6) moved by the eptitioner to respondent No.2. Further prayer has been made for directing the respondents to adopt safety measures for construction of backside wall of House No.72 of respondent No.4 and for issuance of directions to remove sewerage pipe laid in common wall of House No.57 and House No.72, Parshant Vihar Baltana, Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar (Mohali) and respondent No.4 be restrained from raising further construction over the wall from point A B till the disposal of present petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for the redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already filed an application RITTU 2024.05.08 11:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP No.10521 of 2024 -22024:PHHC:063265 dated 09.04.2024 (Annexure P-6) before respondent No.2, but no action has been taken on the same till date.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 at this stage. 4.
On asking of the Court, Mr. Navneet Singh, Sr. DAG, Punjab and Mr. Vikrampreet Arora, Advocate appear and accept the notice on behalf of respondent No.1-State and respondents No.2 & 3. 5.
Learned counsel for respondents No.2 & 3 has submitted that the necessary action on the application filed by the petitioner dated 09.04.2024 (Annexure P-6) would be taken expeditiously in accordance with law.

In view of the above position, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 i.e. The Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Zirakpur, SAS Nagar, Mohali to look into the application of the petitioner dated 09.04.2024 (Annexure P-4) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
