(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since there are certain infirmities in the procedure especially pertaining to compliance of Section 50 of NDPS Act, he intends to place all the relevant documents on record including a consent memo and the statements recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. and that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
