During the course of hearing, it has been revealed that challan has been presented in the Court, charge has been framed and one of the witnesses of the prosecution has already been examined. The grounds on which the petitioner has sought quashing of the proceedings cannot be taken as sufficient to exercise jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. That being so, the present petition is disposed of but with liberty to the petitioner to raise all available pleas before the trial Court.
