Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 admits this factum of compromise having been arrived at between the petitioner and the complainant pleading no objection if the present petition is accepted. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Swambarjit Singh submits that since the petitioner has joined the investigation and the matter has been compromised between the parties as such the petitioner is not required for further investigation by the local police.

CRM-M No. 449 of 2017 Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 13.1.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
