ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this second petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.130 dated 03.11.2016 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Kulghari, District Ferozepur.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition, at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court be directed to decide the regular bail application of the petitioner expeditiously.

Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage with liberty aforesaid.

In case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 01 week from today and apply for regular bail, the trial Court will decide the said application within a period of 01 week thereafter.
