At the outset itself, the learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that, since the State Registrar has already passed an order, thus deciding the petitioner's appeal, therefore, the prayer made in the present writ petition has become infructuous. However, he seeks liberty to challenge the order passed by the State Registrar before the Registrar General, Firm and Societies, Haryana.
