As regards petitioner no. 2-Mandeep Singh, learned State counsel submits that he has since joined the investigation and recovery of 'Datar' used in the incident has been effected from him. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Avtar Lal from Police Station Bilga, District Jalandhar. He states that the petitioner is not required for further investigation.
