**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to decide the representation dated 26.08.2016 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner to respondent No.2 at the earliest.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that at the present moment the prayer made is limited for issuance of a direction to respondent No. 2 to take action on the representation dated 26.08.2016 (Annexure P-1) moved by the petitioner.
